Pruning Fruit Tress
Fruit tree pruning requires a complete understanding of the nature of the tree receiving the care. To be effective the results must be both utilitarian and aesthetically pleasing. Apples and pears are not to be pruned in the same manner as plums and peaches. Space, resource allocation, tensile strength, type of fruit bearing wood, and timing all must be taken into account in order to achieve a good crop yield.
